Alcoholic beverages must be paid for. Local phone calls only. Please note that hot food is temporarily on hold (snacks and cold meals only) until further notice.

Facilities and other services

 

The airport has a bank (Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (24 hours a day), VIP rooms, mobile phone services (SIM card purchases) and Wi-Fi access free of charge.

Food and Drinks

Throughout the terminal, there are several restaurants, confectioneries, coffee shops, fast-food outlets and ice-cream stores, with several options open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

There are duty-free shops both before and after the security control. There are also stores selling handicrafts, souvenirs, books, sweets, clothing.

Baggage

Trolleys are available in the Arrivals and Departures Halls and next to the luggage belts. They are free of charge except in the International Arrivals area, where you have to pay USD2.00. Secure wrapping in the Departures Hall, available around the clock. Left luggage service from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm in the Arrivals Hall (Tel +593 4 169 246 / 9 8849 5185). The lost and found office is operated by the Security Department (Tel +593 4 216 9169 ext. 1148).
