The terminal has two separate concourses, Midfield and Satellite. A free Automated People Mover train travels to and from the Midfield concourse from 6:00 am to 1:00 am, while the Satellite building is linked to the main body by a skybridge.
In the restricted area, electric vehicles transport passengers to and from the gates for a fee. You can request this service at the counters located at both ends of level 6.

Customer service centres are available on levels 3, 5, 6 and 7, as well as multimedia booths in the Arrivals Halls. There are also airport staff at the busiest locations to provide help and information and telephones for assistance.

The terminals have ramps, lifts, adapted toilets, escalators, walkways with audio, Braille signage, tactile guides and assistive listening systems. Wheelchairs are available free of charge on request from your airline or by contacting ALLWAYS (Tel +852 2275 0000). Apart from public transport, there are other options for passengers with mobility difficulties.
