The airport is located in the town of Carolina, 5 km (3 miles) southeast of the city of San Juan.

Multi-level parking is available 24 hours a day adjacent to the terminals, with spaces for short and long stays. The first 15 minutes are free of charge. Automatic payment machines are available on levels 1, 2, 3 and 4, in the elevator area.
There is also a free area for momentary parking for up to 45 minutes next to Terminal A. Vehicles should not be left unattended at any time.
Next to Terminal E, there is a long-stay parking area with 24-hour surveillance.

There are ramps, elevators, vehicles for transporting people with reduced mobility, adapted restrooms and telephones, and reserved parking spaces. Most airlines have a service for unaccompanied minors. Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs are advised to notify their airline of their needs at the time of booking.
